How HFFS works
Your savory product is loaded into a filler tube or a hopper. After that, vacuum conveyors move your product into the filler tube that packs the pouches with all that good stuff. Our machines even feature two different moulding and sealing stations, which means that no time is lost when switching between packaging sizes! After that, there’s nothing left to do but seal the packages and move them down the line for shipping. Another unique advantage to HFFS equipment is that a variety of shapes and sizes can be used, making it easier than ever to package a product that stands out among competitors on the shelf. Our machines quickly fill clear, printed or window styled pouches, and we’re more than happy to work with our clients on custom packaging.
